We have a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return the product, please send us an email with the reason for the return and we will guide you through the process. A refund, less the shipping costs, will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item.

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours and delivered within 2-5 business days. For Nicole Rose Home & hand painted items please allow 7-21 days for delivery. If you need your order sooner, we also offer express shipping for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm.
